The room was spotless and huge, very clean. The location for Hot Springs was great and superior, adjacent to downtown and the national park. Easily reached Stubby's BBQ, just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. the room was impressively clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to downtown and the national park adds convenience and easy access to local attractions. Additionally, enjoying a meal at Stubby's BBQ just a short walk away was a highlight of the stay.

The room I got was really nice and clean. It had free WiFi and came with comfy king beds. Plus, there was a relaxing bathtub to unwind in after a long day 🛁.

I selected this hotel for a work meeting due to its convenient amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a functional business center. These facilities offered a comfortable environment for preparation and relaxation during my business trip.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more extensive business services to cater to the needs of corporate travelers.

The hotel's proximity to landmarks like Bathhouse Row and the Gangster Museum of America made for convenient family outings and bonding experiences. The rooms are a good size and come with everything you need. They even have hypo-allergenic pillows for those with allergies. 🛌 Plus, they offer a complimentary breakfast freshly made with lots of options - you can choose from hot meals to fluffy waffles to start your day off right.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, it's so close to the national park and other great attractions in Hot Springs, like BBQ spots and good restaurants. During my recent business trip, my director chose Best Western for our stay in Hot Springs, and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and enjoyable experience. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and fitness center, which provided a great opportunity to relax and stay active after a long day of work. The hotel's location in Hot Springs, the home of Major League Baseball Spring Training, added a vibrant and exciting atmosphere to my stay. The spacious rooms and friendly staff also contributed to a positive overall experience.

This is the first time that I’ve been disappointed at this place.
